You may use this website without the need to provide any personal data, however if you wish to enquire or book me then processing your personal data will become necessary.

Data collection and processing

Team Edwards Photography is the controller of data that passes through this website or via email. This data is kept private.

Personal data collection
When you contact me I may collect information you provide via enquiry form on my website: Items such as the following

Your Name
Your Email Address
Your Contact Number

If you proceed with a booking, I may collect and process additional information that you provide when you complete my booking form:

Your Home Address
Your Venue Address
Names of Specific guests (for weddings)

I never capture credit or debit card numbers, payments for bookings are made by you via bank transfer (BACS).

How I collect and store information

When you submit my an enquiry form, the information arrives via email to an inbox which is secured with a password. The forms are also stored within my password protected website backend. If you decide not to proceed with a booking after an initial enquiry you may request that i delete your details.
If proceed with a booking and complete a booking form, for weddings this will be a paper copy printed and securely stored

I do use client's photos on my website, social media etc and always ask for your permission beforehand (it's a part of my booking form), and if you do not want me to share your images, I will respect your wishes.

I will always contact you for further permission in the event that i wish to submit images to further publications, such as blogs.

I work on assumption that all wedding guests are happy to be photographed, if not they must say so otherwise.
